Terms And Conditions

  • All Package advance to be made during the time of booking & the Balance amount to be made during the time of arrival without fail.
  • The Guests are Strictly NOT allowed to carry their liquor in the resort.
  • Swimming Pool timings will be strictly followed. (7.00 am to 6.00 Pm only)& Swimming Pool dress code should be adhered too i.e. Synthetic Shorts and T-shirt (Synthetic Shorts & T-shirts are available at the pool reception on purchase)
  • Resort Day Out package timing will be 8.00 am to 6.00 pm and Night timing will be 3.00PM to 11.30 PM only.
  • Guests are strictly prohibited from using the pool under the influence of alcohol.
  • If any guest found to be unruly behaviour/disturbing other guest/creating nuisance, the resort staff and the management have the right to stop serving them liquor or if the behaviour goes beyond our control the guest will asked to leave the resort without any refund of amount.
  • Any damages caused to the resort by the guest/team will be held responsible and the cost for the same will have to be paid.
  • In case any disputes the decision of the management will be binding on the customer.
